@ ajiz : You Dont Need To Disable Hips >> Just Disable Other Features Except (Hips) For a While And Use Activator / Licence Finder To Insert Valid Licence Key 🙂

you can install offline package via its subfolders.just google it how to do that there are several methods to do that you can find that very easily.
